Q: Does the Ion Detox make any noise or do I feel anything during the session?
A: The Ion Detox unit does not make any noise during your session and you should not feel anything during the session.
Q: Can any of your therapies benefit an individual with ADHD, Autism or other similar conditions?
A: YES! All of our therapies can benefit an individual with any of those conditions.
Q: I am currently attending physiotherapy and I am taking medications that has been prescribed by my family physician. Should I discontinue this while receiving Reflexology or Ion Detox treatments?
A: Reflexology & Ion Detox can be combined with almost any health care routine. Take medication 4 hours prior to treatment or after treatment. Please contact us for more information.
Q: I just had a pedicure done recently, will the Ion Detox affect it?
A: Absolutely not, your feet are being placed in a tub of warm water. We recommend to wait at least 24 hours before having an Ion Detox, or have the Ion Detox prior to your pedicure.
Q: How many treatments are recommended?
A: Reflexology treatments are recommended to be performed on a monthly basis or as needed . Ion Detox is recommended to be performed for 10 -14 sessions to start, and once every 2 to 3 months after depending on the daily environment.
Q: How does I've Got The Touch reward me for referrals?
A: We will give you one session of Reflexology, Ion Detox or Reiki for every 5 referrals you send to us.
Q: Are gift certificates available?
A: Yes, we have gift certificates. They have a $25.00 Minimum value.
Do you charge tax on your listed prices?
A: There is HST on products. No HST on services.

A: Yes; we offer package deals for all of our services, and you can combine all of our services into a package to suit your needs.

A: We accept cash which is due upon completion of your session.
