What are Chakras?

If you could see chakras (as many of us whom work with them do) you would be able to see each primary chakra as a spinning vortex or wheel of energy; spinning inward from the front of your body towards the center point of that chakra on the kunilini and then spinning outward from that same point from your back

When you have an unbalanced chakra in your throat for example you may always feel a tightness in your throat and have trouble speaking your mind, or if you have a unbalanced root chakra you may find it difficult to stay grounded and focused on the here and now.

We recommend adults starting your detoxification with 10 – 14 sessions 1 or 2 times a week. Children should start with 6 – 10 sessions. Thereafter we recommend you Detox once a month or when needed depending on your individual needs.

Who should not use the Ion Detox Footbath?

• Pregnant women or mothers who are breast-feeding.
• Anyone who has a pacemaker or any other battery operated or electrical implant.
• Organ transplant recipients.
• Individuals who have had organs removed as their bodies do not function at high energy levels. Colon removal indicates a greatly impaired ability to process nutrients and remove toxins from the body.
• Anyone on medication, the absence of which would mentally or physically incapacitate them, such as psychotic episodes, seizures, etc.

The following recommendations should be strongly considered:

• To ensure blood levels are maintained, schedule the Ion Footbath session prior to taking the medication. Or take medication 4 hours before session.
• Individuals with low blood sugar should eat before receiving a session.
